Are your prices different after normal hours?

Although we provide 24/7 plumbing services, the rates do differ and normally charge more during after hours and late call outs. We offer a $0 call out fee during the day between 8am and 4pm. On demand call outs between 4pm and 9pm carry additional costs and any time after 9pm will be considered as an after hours emergency and will carry a further higher rate. 

What is the most common cause of pipe failure?

The short answer is corrosion. The natural wear of pipes can be attributed to a wide range of factors. It is important to note how long ago the pipes were installed, material used and avergae flow, pressure and others. Average pipe lives for about 20 years if set up right.
